No load, less recreation and no more gigs, that’s the new life in college…

During high school life, college is really our ambition which makes us excited for knowing that college has a lot of excitement and discovery. But in the moment that you step your higher education, you are about to discover the fact that college is a serious matter that need a long term perseverance. You will understand why mostly say, enjoy your high school life, for high school is the most enjoyable and most exciting one. Because the time you reached college, you would no longer experienced those unforgettable moments that happen during high school. Now you know what college life really is.

College is a tertiary level of education, a stepping stone for your future and a ladder for real and serious life. Everything in college will be changed. Too much time for enjoyment would be cut off and additional time for studying. Projects during high school are just an assignment in college, that’s why students are very much particular in using their time wisely. Every second and minute is very important to them to avoid cramming and rushing. Time management is really applicable especially on dividing time for making assignments, projects and requirements and other time for studying hand-outs and chapters in the book. All of this sometimes lead you to pressure and stress or the emotional sickness of worry. Therefore, self-independent should be needed.

College would really teach you to be independent and stand with your own feet. Since everything would rely on yourself, decision making and money budgeting would matter in yours.

A lot of problems will be encountered towards your way. The most common and usual problem is the insufficient of allowance that lead sometimes on which so called “college system”, which refers to a brunch system, a breakfast and lunch combination meal and the one day, one eat system. All of this are the effect of money diet.

Even the studying system would also cause problem. The usual term “nosebleed” which refers to a difficulty of subjects, the “ligalig”, a Filipino term of stress and even “Bahala na” system is very usual, everything would be depend on the situation or let’s say “It’s God’s will”…

In the life of college students, a lot of sentiments are to be expressed. But the journey of challenge, because the more you accept it the more you will become strong and later on, you’re about to reach the highest part of your success. Your first step in ladder is your courage to move upward, either barrier will come just keep on holding on and believe on your capacity because the only weapon that you have is only your faith and you as a believer.

A true love can bear the longitude of waiting even if it takes forever. When confused about love, follow your heart, it may not always be right, but you have the memories to make you smile.
